The approach

Our clients came to us with this property in Lambeth which had been derelict for some years. Internally the property had evidence of multiple-use and therefore it was decided to look into the possibility of conversion into flats.

The planning process was tricky due to the constraints on the area and planning policy to retain family-sized units. After a long planning process, our clients succeeded in achieving permission and the property now offers a mixture of good-sized 2 bedroom apartments.

MLA was instructed up to planning for this project but continue to work with our client on future ventures.
