MLA was appointed to transform two underutilized back gardens into four bespoke luxury four-bedroom homes. Our involvement began with securing planning permission, where we guided the project through the complexities of local regulations and ensured that the designs met the highest standards. We also handled the discharge of planning conditions, working closely with consultants to ensure compliance and a smooth process throughout the approval stages.

In addition, we were responsible for coordinating and appointing the required consultants, managing their inputs to ensure that all technical aspects of the project were addressed. This included everything from structural engineering to environmental assessments.

Once approval was granted, we developed detailed technical working drawings to support the construction process, ensuring that every element of the design was clear and feasible. Our team also provided on-site monitoring, ensuring the project stayed on track and maintained the design integrity throughout construction.

The result was four stunning homes, each tailored for the professional market looking to move just outside of London. The properties feature a spacious open-plan kitchen and dining area, with impressive 3.3m high ceilings and beautiful views of landscaped gardens.
