Medical Surgery in Cranfield, Bedfordshire

MLA was proudly appointed by Parrott Construction, a leading Bedfordshire-based Design & Build Contractor, to oversee pre-construction activities for the successful delivery of a new Medical Surgery in Cranfield, Bedfordshire. The medical surgery was delivered to support the community as part of the S106 obligations of the overarching site owners Bloor Homes.

Our role involved coordinating the wider design team and managing the development of detailed working drawings for construction. We also handled the discharge of technical planning conditions, appointed essential consultants, and reviewed and approved sub-consultant design information. Additionally, we facilitated NHBC warranty condition sign-offs, ensured Building Control compliance, managed utility enquiries, and maintained seamless communication through site meetings and client liaison.

This project was a great success, delivering a state of the art Doctors Surgery. We were delighted to collaborate with Parrott Construction and Bloor Homes, ensuring a high-quality outcome that benefits the local community.
