Our clients came to us with a brief to open up the ground floor of their property to form a grand family living area. The works included the removal of the ground floor load-bearing walls and installation of steel beams hidden within a new ceiling void to form an uninterrupted family living space.
Special attention was given to ensure the material and colour palette had continuity through the different zones within the space. Gold detailing against off-white/grey colours are utilised throughout the scheme to give interest and texture. The success of the scheme lies in the constant collaboration with our clients and our interior designer to achieve a beautifully crafted and well thought out living space.
Despite being a small project, this was an enjoyable experience for MLA and we look forward to working with our clients on the remainder of the property.
